Registration – NGG 2025 Religion and Imagination

Registration for the NGG 2025 Conference on Religion/Imagination
(NB: registration closes on October 15th)

Full conference participation:

The fee for full conference participation, including the conference dinner on November 6^th, is 85 euros. NGG-members pay a reduced fee: if you are or become a member of NGG full conference participation including the conference dinner is 65 euro.

Membership of NGG makes sure you support and are kept up to date about our activities. Also, by becoming a member of NGG you automatically gain membership of the European Association for the Study of Religions (EASR) and the International Association for the History of Religion (IAHR), which provides additional benefits and conference discounts. You can find information about becoming a member here: https://godsdienstwetenschap.nl/memberships/. (NB: most universities allow reimbursement of membership for professional academic organizations!)

If you are a member but you have not paid your membership fee for 2024, you can make use of a special offer: if you pay your membership fee for 2024 and 2025, you get a special reduced fee of 50 euros for full conference participation! Single day participation

For attending only one day, the fees are as indicated below. NB: when registering, if you attend one day, please indicate which day you intend to participate (see instructions below).

** If you would like to support NGG by paying your outstanding 2024 membership as well as your 2025 membership, please include in your transaction 2x 40.00 EUR or 2 x25.00 EUR for students (including doctoral students), jobseekers and pensioners.

Your name and institution
Whether you will attend the entire conference or specific day(s) (please indicate which day)
Whether you would like to join the conference dinner
Any dietary requirements

In addition, please indicate your NGG membership status:

Current member: yes / no
Payment includes membership fee for 2025: yes / no
Option: I would like to become a member and pay the fee for 2024 and 2025

Finally, please calculate the total amount due and mention this in your message.
